As a part-time fine artist, the joy I find in painting is truly amplified, especially when engaged in a commission.
Selecting an artist for a commission is a personal journey, and I believe in open communication to ensure that we are the right fit for each other. I recognise the significance of commissions, viewing them as precious both for the client and myself.
Completing a commission with the right person adds an extra layer of specialness to the entire process. Throughout the creation of a commissioned piece, I keep the intended recipient in mind, infusing the artwork with a personal touch.
To foster confidence and ease, I regularly update clients with snippets of the artwork in progress. I approach commissions with a deliberate pace, understanding that art unfolds in its own time. This thoughtful and unhurried process ensures that the final piece is something we can both cherish. Art, after all, is a journey that deserves time and attention.
